I have listed below some of the Best Safelist Sites that I tapped with to generate leads for my Online Business. Those are the ones that really worked well for me. If you are not yet a member, I suggest you join and have a look around, send some of your ads and see your result.

Always see your result as it may vary from each marketer. However, for me, I always narrow my choice based on items 1, 2, 3 and 11.

One thing that I like with European Safelist is that they have FREE Autoresponder and a Custom Lead Capture Page if you upgrade to Pro-member for only $7.00 per month. As a pro, you can send HTML Ads 3 times a day. Aside from that, the Admin will send you 500 free leads a few weeks after of becoming a pro.
2.) TREASURE MARKETING (New)
Treasure Marketing I believed is still a new and fresh Safelist as of writing this article (Oct 2017). Currently, they have a few members only but I like the Platform and their HTML Ad Editor. If the one-time lifetime upgrade is still available for you when accessing their site, I suggest you grab it.
3.> HERCULIST (78K Members)
Herculist has been around for maybe more than a decade now. They have grown their members’ database into almost 80,000. By tapping into this platform, your chances of getting clicks and views is huge considering the quantity of your ad reach. This is one of this best Safelist sites that I upgraded with.
4.> PANGEA (100K members)
Pangea is also another BIG THING when it comes to Safelist and Mailers. They have over 100,000 members grouped into 5, where you can just select which group to send as soon as you have credits in your account. Each group has 10K members, which also needs 10,000 credits to spend. This was created or merged by Mary Ann Myers (the Admin) who has been in this industry for quite a long time and has created several others unique Safelist and Mailer Platforms.
5.> STATE OF THE ART MAILER
SOTAM also has been around for many years. This is one of the Safelist Sites that offer high Click Through Rate (CTR) for every Ad send. Inside their platform, you can level up (as a free member) from 500 to 3000 recipients with your credits.
